Piotr KLODNICKI

In 1995, graduated from Faculty of Management and Computer Science at Wroclaw University of Economics, Poland. Further studies in financial management and controlling at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. A graduate of numerous studies and courses e.g. in Sheldon Satin Associates Inc. - Management, Wirtschaftskammer Österreich and OTREK - College of Controlling, Accountants Association in Poland - course for independent financial accountants, UPC - training on Project Management methodology.
 
Worked for telecommunications and IT sectors. In the years 1996-2003 Project Manager, Financial Controller and Financial Manager in UPC Polska. Experience gathered mostly as Financial Manager and Senior Investment Director (in MCI Management SA) running portfolio projects in sectors: E-commerce/Internet, Mobile/Telecommunication and Biotechnology&Lifescience.
 
Totally 15 years of professional experience covering:
-General management, financial management/controlling, Venture Capital/Private Equity/Mergers&Acquisition experience
-Negotiations, due diligence process, supervision of portfolio companies, investments exit/trade sale supervision
-Fundraising/financing process supervision (equity financing, bonds issue, bank loans, public grants, other)
